Your spouse has moved out, you've negotiated a settlement, and the documents have been signed. The divorce decree has arrived in the mail, and even your attorney has gone off to fight other battles for new generations of clients in the war zone called divorce.
You've been to another countrythe land of divorcebut now your flight has landed, and you're coming home. Having divested yourself of the luggage of dysfunction and pain, you are about to deplane free and clear, ready to enter the world of regular peoplethose untethered by lawyer's phone calls, judicial decisions, visitation squabbles, or battles over the ownership of the crystal chandelier and the dog. After all, your spouse is now legally your ex; the war you have waged for so long, during your marriage, and again, in your effort to untie the knot, is at an end.
