You will not be billed for any time spent discussing your bill. |

I do not anticipate having anyone else work on your case, but should another attorney assist me in this matter, I will notify you of that in advance and of that attorney's billing rate. |

You will also be charged separately for any out-of-pocket disbursements (such as court costs, messenger service, photocopier, long distance telephone calls, postage, service of papers, on-line computer assisted research, etc.) which are incurred on your behalf. In addition, you may be asked to pay certain disbursements directly to the vendor or provider of services involved (e.g., appraisers, process servers, transcripts of depositions or court proceedings, and the like), and you agree to do so upon my request. I will advise you of any such costs in advance of incurring the same. |

If your retainer is used up and work remains to be done on your case, you will be billed, on a monthly basis, and you agree to pay, the amount due for services rendered and disbursements incurred within thirty (30) days from receipt of the bill. In the event of your failure to make prompt and timely payment of a bill and should we fail to agree on suitable alternative arrangements for such payment, I reserve the right to cease work upon your matter and, if I am in the midst of litigation, to seek permission from the court to withdraw from your case. Should a dispute arise between us concerning the payment of attorney's fees in the sum of $3,000 or greater, you may seek to have the dispute resolved through arbitration, which shall be binding upon you and myself. I shall provide you with information concerning fee arbitration in the event of such a dispute or upon your request. |

You will be provided with copies of all correspondence and documents relating to the case, and you shall be kept apprised of the status of your case. You have the right to cancel this agreement at any time. Services rendered through the date of such cancellation and not yet billed, will be billed to you upon such cancellation, and payment shall be due within thirty (30) days of receipt of the final bill. |
